Welcome to RelaxFrens LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mindfulness application ("RelaxFrens" or "App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscription Services

RelaxFrens offers subscription-based services that provide access to premium content and features ("Subscription Services"). Subscriptions can be purchased through:

  • Web: Using Stripe as our payment processor.

  • iOS App: Via Apple In-App Purchases.

  • Android App: Through Google Play Subscriptions.

4. Payment and Billing
4.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in [Insert Currency] and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees at any time.

4.2 Payment Processing

  • Stripe (Web): By purchasing a subscription on our website, you agree to be bound by Stripe's Services Agreement.

  • Apple In-App Purchases (iOS): Purchases made through the iOS App are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

  • Google Play Subscriptions (Android): Purchases made through the Android App are processed by Google and are subject to Google's Terms of Service.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

5. Free Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional offers. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription and charged according to the payment method you provided.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation

  • Web Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website.

  • iOS Subscriptions: Cancellations must be managed through your Apple ID account settings.

  • Android Subscriptions: Cancellations must be managed through your Google Play account settings.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are subject to the policies of the payment processor:

1. Stripe (Web): Contact us at support@relaxfrens.com for refund inquiries.

2. Apple In-App Purchases (iOS): Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

3. Google Play Subscriptions (Android): Refund requests must be directed to Google.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the App or other users.

  • Use the App for any unauthorised or illegal purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of RelaxFrens LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's operation or the information provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RelaxFrens LLC, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RelaxFrens LLC from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
