Why is mentally healthy considered a more powerful person nowadays? When you are healthy physically, grown-up some biceps and hardened your a*s, it doesn’t mean your overall well-being is powerful. If you’re internally healthy I mean your cognitive health, then it’s easier for you to grasp and tackle the life risks. When you got anxiety it doesn’t relate to your physical health its all about how you think and manages your consideration. For the best procurement, you need to be mentally healthy and Robust. I advise you these books to make yourself more dominant Regardless of uncertainties.
The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind

“If the mind is compared to a garden, then you are the gardener of this garden. You often consciously or unconsciously plant the seeds of thought in your subconscious, and these “seeds” often come from your habitual thinking. Because this garden is very fertile, so whether these seeds are flowers or poisonous weeds, if you plant them, they will bear fruit. If you plant thorns, you will not reap grapes; if you plant large thistles, you will not reap figs. Every year becomes the “cause” and everything around you is the “effect” of the previous cause. This explains why mastering your mind is so important. Only then can you get the environment you want to live in From now on, sow the seeds of will like peace, happiness, kindness, acting rationally, and financial freedom in your garden of the mind.
Calm your mind, convince yourself of these visions, and unreservedly associate them with Your sanity fuses together. If you keep planting these seeds in the garden of your heart, you will have a glorious harvest.”
- “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind”
I never thought of reading a certain book, It can solve all problems, but I believe it can bring a little change like life closes a door for you, but a book opens a window for you, there is still there, but you see more, there are The problems that will not be exaggerated as before, and we will be more neutral, reasonable and self-sufficient.
When “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” unfolds slowly in front of you, it’s like a window has been opened in front of you. Outside the window is a garden with beautiful flowers, scattered weeds, and unknown plants that are growing, but always You can find familiar shadows, like those small things that you can meet in daily life, and slowly unfold.
This is your garden. How to sow and cultivate is all up to you. I have always believed that everything on the outside lies in your imagination, and no one can make you unhappy unless you allow it. Why are most people in a state of anxiety about want, while others are rich inside? Why do you say that everything in the external world, every flower, every grass, every tree and every tree, is an excuse to escape from yourself? Why does fate change because of thought? Why are some miracles impossible for you? What can you do to become more glad, peaceful, and happy?
These will find the answer in “Sub consciousness”. Of course, you don’t need to be superstitious in a book, you just need to read it quietly for a span, find the seed called “happiness”, and carefully protect it and plant it, which is substantial.
Mindset

The fixed mindset believes that intelligence is static. It leads to a desire to look smart and therefore causes a tendency to avoid challenges, get defensive or give up easily, see effort as fruitless, ignore useful negative feedback, and feel threatened by the success of others. Any kind of setback is perceived as failure. As a result, a person with a fixed mindset may plateau early and not achieve their full potential.
The growth mindset believes that intelligence can be developed. It leads to a desire to learn and therefore causes a tendency to embrace challenges, persist in the face of setbacks, see effort as the path to mastery, learn from criticism and find lessons and inspiration in the success of others. For someone with the growth mindset, failure is not fulfilling your potential. A person with the growth mindset can reach higher levels of achievement.
Mindset (2006) discusses the differences between people with a fixed mindset versus those with a growth mindset. Our mindset determines the way we deal with tough situations and setbacks as well as our willingness to deal with and improve ourselves. This book demonstrates how we can achieve our goals by changing our mindset.
Nowadays people with less self-confidence get trapped in the world of FOMO. The reason I keep FOMO for every goal is it’s as complicated as not learning anything. They learn, did well but skipped that particular job and jumped to subsequent work. This makes a person more disturbed and he/she may forfeit a lot of time. Perhaps he is doing good but skipping the unfinished task and moving forward to learn new can be more sophisticated. I was a very lousy person in past and I didn’t develop myself or work for my career. I was trapped in a world of distractions where I couldn’t even learn the existing chore. The reason was lack of self-confidence, complaining, being involved, taking things lightly not following the flow, at that time my brain was ruling me rather than I should do it. I recovered with just one thing understanding the work in front of me. By taking things either as a responsibility or plunging in love with work.
